She holds a BS in Finance and Insurance from the University of Hartford and began her career in the healthcare consulting industry, where she advanced to Senior Operations Manager. In that role, she led cross-functional teams, streamlined internal systems, and enhanced service delivery—experience that now shapes her dual roles within the firm.

As Operations Assistant, Alexa supports the firm’s infrastructure by improving workflows and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and advisors. In her Strategic Growth and Wealth Development role, she focuses on identifying opportunities for expansion, cultivating relationships, and supporting the firm’s broader vision for growth.

Alexa is known for her strong attention to detail, client-first mindset, and dedication to administrative excellence and operational support. Her blend of efficiency, organization, and people-focused approach makes her a valuable asset to the team.

Outside of work, Alexa enjoys exploring beautiful Colorado with her kids, friends, and dogs—whether hiking, enjoying the sunshine, or discovering new local spots. She’s an avid reader, loves meaningful conversation, and looks forward to traveling more in the years ahead.
